Cafe Grumpy #16 ★★★★

The Building was charming, dark mahogany wood with large windows, this cafe is actually on a side street in New York. I stepped through the door and was surprised with each glance at the interestingly named coffee shop. Small, like all New York cafes, one side was stark white walls and ceiling with modern bar stools, the other side exposed brick was the backdrop to busy baristas, a bright orange espresso machine and an automatic pour over machine which I had never seen before!

  
  
The atmosphere was very unique and hard to put into words actually. My favorite place was the window seat in front where you could sip your coffee and people watch.

The cappuccino was great and this cafe falls high on the unique rating and I liked that about it from the name of the place to the unique coffee decor.
