Happy Creek Coffee & Tea
I love this cafe! I will say it again, I LOVE this cafe! I stumbled upon it searching for a “quality” coffee shop in Shepherdstown and will be forever grateful to my Yelp app for pointing me in the right direction.
Walking in, the place is small, yet has rustic, modern feel with its unfinished wood seating and its vintage aqua espresso machine.
They roast their beans in Front Royal, VA. and this is actually a satellite location. They offer pour over AND cold brew from a tap! If you have never experienced “on tap” coffee, you are missing out.
The baristas friendly and extremely knowledgable about the coffee process. I have enjoyed pour over and a cappuccino, both which met my expectation and delivered depth.
I do have to pay to park, but the quarter is worth this cafe and all they have to offer!
