One North Coffee Shop

Sister relationships are so special. I have one younger sister and I treasure her so much! With just three years between us, we are close and share a love of coffee.

My sister had heard about a new local coffee shop and we went as soon as we could. With our kids in tow, we took a drive up north, to the countryside of Pennsylvania.

Downtown Mercersburg has appealing historic buildings. One North is located on a corner street with large storefront window. It is a very large coffee shop with much seating and a variety a seating choices. This coffee shop has a vintage, homey feel and the seating is eclectic. From church pews to metal cafe chairs, the shop has a great feel to it.

I ordered a cappuccino and as expected, it was great! The barista was friendly and my sister and I had a wonderful time chatting, making a coffee shop memory together.

See, local coffee is more than just a cappuccino made from a recipe card. It is a encounter, a moment that shared with the right person, leaves you feeling warm and loved inside.

I will return to One North Coffee and a huge congrats on their one year of being in business. I hope they thrive for many years to come!
