Superbia Coffee
Not all at once of course, lol. But over the years, I have tried many types, brands, origins and washes. This is one of the reasons I love coffee – each bean is unique. Every bag is different and there are so many choices!
In the beginning I really didn’t like African Coffees and enjoyed coffees from South American countries only. But as I tried different brands, different blends, my palate changed and developed. Now, I not only like African coffees, I drink them often. Coffees from South America are just as great, providing smooth, bold flavors. They are still my favorites and my go to everyday coffee.
When the owner of  Superbia Coffee asked me to try his coffee, I was honored. BUT, could this coffee stand up to the rest? Could this coffee be some of the best I’ve had from Colombia?
I ground it in my burr grinder and made it with my Bonita drip coffee maker for my first morning cup, not knowing what to expect. What I tasted was the richness and smoothness from Colombia like non other! This coffee was amazing and rates very high! My palate was singing and I was super impressed.
Chatting with the owner of Superbia, he gives special care and attention to the farmers. Providing workers with higher wages. This is fantastic and the icing on the cake for me! PLUS – the promise of the coffee is extreme freshness!
